NOTEBOOK COSMETICS RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
Currently, we only ship domestically in the United States.
FOR U.S. ORDERS
If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, return or exchange gently used products for free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.
YOU MUST NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- When you return your purchase to Notebookcosmetics.com by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). Contact Help@notebookcosmetics.com Subject line “Return” for assistance.
- There are also NO returns for sale or discounted items
- Include receipt, the reason for the return, and a photo of the gently used item.
- Once all requirements are met we will email you a return label.
- Items must be shipped within 1-5 days of receiving the return label or the return will be voided.
- All exchanges must be for equal or lesser value. Contact Help@notebookcosmetics.com Subject line “exchange” for assistance.
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.
Return sent without prior contact will be denied.
Notebook Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
